Our mission is to “enable women to become financially resilient”.

We know we can do this through equipping women with the skills they need to secure a confident financial future. We also provide grants to organisations and work with selected partners to help women overcome financial adversity and to improve their social and emotional well-being. Our new direction strives to shift power to the women and communities it serves and to identify programmes that work in tackling gendered poverty.

By working with us you are helping to change women’s lives.

To learn more about the way we work and the culture that is important to us, you can read our People Strategy.
