What to do if you want to make a complaint
The Smallwood Trust is committed to delivering a high-quality service to everyone we support and work with. We value feedback and actively listen to people’s experiences so we can continue to improve what we do. However, we recognise that there may be times when we fall short or make mistakes. When this happens, we encourage people to tell us so that we can put things right.
