Rosa and Smallwood Trust Partnership Awarded £1.9m in Tampon Tax Fund
We are pleased that a new collaboration with Rosa, the UK Fund for women and girls, has received the largest single award (£1.9m) from this year’s DCMS’ Tampon Tax Fund.
Around 27,000 financially vulnerable women and girls will benefit through onward grants to organisations, across all four nations, supporting them through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Paul Carbury, CEO at The Smallwood Trust said, “We are delighted with this funding and to be working with Rosa who, like us, have highlighted the need for women’s sector organisations to receive sustainable funding in order to provide vital frontline services to women and girls.”
Further information about this new fund will be announced in the new year.
